I am a mama to 3, and a doula-yogi, who is deeply passionate on empowering and supporting women throughout their perinatal journey.

  • I had the pleasure of enjoying an amazing Mom & Baby yoga class at the Yurt KW with Kiara. It was so intimate, perfectly currated to rest, relax and stretch, and she even offered a lovely play space for the babies in the center of outr circle. She created a cozy sense of shared motherhood community for that hour, with a beautiful meditation geared towards mamas navigating change to close our practice. Such a thoughtful experience, I just loved it!

  • I found Kiara’s prenatal yoga on a local moms facebook group when I was in my second trimester. I am soooooo pleased that I did. Her yoga classes are so much more than movement. She brings such a light to each class, and is incredible and intentional at building community. I felt so comfortable and excited for each class as I started to build relationships with not only Kiara but the other moms to be as well. I now take her mom and baby yoga classes and love the stress free hour with my baby, while moving my body and seeing familiar faces. She never rushes us out and encourages safe conversations for us mamas. It’s been a true gift to practice with her in postpartum as well as in pregnancy.

I loved her presence so much that I asked her to be my doula as well! Her energy and support helped me through my birth experience - I am eternally grateful to her .
